Came in for a wheel alignment and a full auto scope. They found I need brake and suspension work but didn't pressure me into anything, which I really appreciated — just gave me the info and let me decide. Straightforward, honest service. Would've been 5 stars if they had a popcorn machine and a drink machine in the waiting area!

Went in with engine overheating problems and no AC. Had a previous mechanic try to fix it by replacing water pump and fluids, which helped but did not address the problem. This problem was causing me great distress as I know that my car make is very notorious for having a trouble with overheating and not tolerating it well, in addition to not having AC while smoke is pouring in from the fires. I also need my car for my current job so this was very important to get fixed correctly. Turns out all it was was a split radiator hose that they replaced. The total came out to about $240. The staff was professional and they fixed the problem rather quickly, I believe within about two hours. I was able to pick it up and pay just fine. Overall because of their excellent service, reasonable price, and especially correct diagnosis of the problem, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone who needs a mechanic. As a side note I also had problems with my cruise control acting up, which they also fixed without me asking, but I was greatly appreciative for.

I scheduled a 10:00 a.m. appointment at this Firestone location because they showed the specific set of tires I needed for my vehicle as being in stock. I live an hour away, and with limited days off, I specifically chose this location based on that availability. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that they only had three of the four tires needed. Naturally, I asked how the tires could have been listed as in stock the day before but suddenly be unavailable. I was told that inventory is shared across all of Eastern Washington. While I understand inventory can change, what I don't understand is why no one contacted me before my appointment to let me know. Instead, I was told that I should have called the store rather than relying on the online scheduling system and that it was essentially my fault. That response was both unprofessional and disappointing. Trying to find a solution, I asked if they could install two tires, order the fourth tire, and have me return another day to complete the installation. I was told they would not order a single tire. Rather than working with me to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase a more expensive set of tires

Great great experience. I called ahead without an appointment shortly before they were closing, and they said I could still drive over, they would still help me (it is always good to call ahead in such situations). It was for tire related work (hissing valve stem). The work actually ended up taking more than 30 minutes past closing time, and I truly appreciate that I could receive the help at such a time. Daryl helped me at the counter, and Nick took care of the work and explained the issue in detail after.

So to start off, I didn't have an appointment. I brought my car in at about 9:00am on a Sunday morning to get a front end alignment done on my old Mercedes. Dropped the car off honestly to get a call at 4:30 saying they didn't have time to get to my car. About 2:30 I get a call telling me the car was aligned and ready to go. All the way around great customer service. Adam did a great job was extremely kind. I did most of my own work on my vehicles but the few things I dont do in the future will be bring it back to them. A+ Thanks guys🤙🏻
